It was on a site called thankthemaker.com. I think it has been taken down now, but it was an attempt by Dan Madsen--former president of the SW Fan Club back in the 1990s--to get one million people to "sign" an online thing thanking Papa George. I don't know how many they got but I don't think it hit a million.
