...that aren't "Monster Mash."
5. "Halloween" Misfits
Someone suggested this last year, so it's on this year's list! Good old fashioned punk rock!
4. "Living Dead Girl" Rob Zombie
Few people embody all that is Halloween like Rob Zombie. I don't know if Zombie directed the video, but it's a tribute to 'The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari." Featured in "The Bride of Chucky!"
3. "Samhain Set: All Hallow's Eve/The Seeker" Maggie Sansone
Maryland's Queen of the Hammered Dulcimer crafted this Celtic-inspired instrumental. I almost stumbled onto her dulcimer at the Maryland Renaissance Festival once and not from drinking too much ale. (There's no YouTube video that I could find, so here's a link to the Amazon.com MP3 instead):

2. "I Was A Teenage Werewolf" The Cramps
It just isn't Halloween without The Cramps, the band that gave the world a fusion of B-movie zombie horror, punk, and '50s rock 'n roll known as psychobilly. We still miss you, Lux!
1. "Bloodletting (The Vampire Song)" Concrete Blonde
Johnette Napolitano wanted to be a vampire's chick long before the world ever heard of Bella Swan.
