The strange but true Raiders of the Lost Ark story conference...

darth_pipes sent a link to this blog piece about the suddenly-discovered story conferences among George Lucas, Steven Spielberg, and screenwriter Lawrence Kasdan. The blog article is mostly about why they succeeded with the movie but it has some, er, interesting tidbits such as Lucas's crackpot suggestion Indiana Jones's affair with Marion started when she was 11:
