Oct. 1st, 2004 08:52 pmAfter lurking a few times on the Fan Force San Diego board, I've decided...meh. They can live without me. There are a few folks who seem to be kindred spirits but I've reached the point where I'm just tired of either quietly gritting my teeth to keep the peace or getting into an argument. If I choose to associate with/look for friends among SW fans, I want to find people who share my appreciation for the films and respect Papa George. Otherwise I would just look for a bunch of SW haters to hang out with, not that it would make much difference these days.
( Star Wars Heritage/ROTS Spoilerama )
I've looked through the poster gallery on the DVD set so all that's left to look at is the full version of Empire of Dreams. And the bloopers but I still don't know how to access it if your remote doesn't have numbers.
So, I'll let you know what I think about the packaging of the set. Overall, I love the design. I wish the slip case was a little sturdier. It's going to get a lot of wear and tear. The DVD cases themselves are designed to match the prequel DVDs, which is fine by me. The only thing is on the ROTJ cover, Luke's head was photoshopped from one still and added to his body from another still, giving him kind of an odd appearance. But that's nitpick theater. I love the cool Vader helmet design on the bonus disk cover.
