Thanks to a coupon e-mailed to me from Borders, I picked up John Knoll's Creating The Worlds of Star Wars: 365 Days. This thing is HEAVY. It's small but you could kill somebody if you chucked it at his head. But the book is fantastic...it has pics and drawings from the sets of all 6 SW films, including many pictures I have never seen before. There's also a CD-ROM, but I haven't looked at it yet. Careful though...Borders put a $40 sticker on the book even though on the book itself it says $29.95 U.S.. I pointed out this boo boo to a staff person and she got it straightened out, but keep an eye on the price tag.
They also had the new poster book by Pete Vilmur and Steve Sansweet. OMG! You HAVE to get this! I'm ordering it from Amazon since it's considerably cheaper there, but oh baby! 28 years' worth of history of posters and advertising worldwide, including stuff I'd never seen before. Buy it!!!111!!
