The original trilogy brought in more great ratings for Spike TV this past weekend. Just like the Star Wars prequels took down The Lord of the Rings trilogy last weekend, the OT beat out repeated airings of King Kong on TNT and TBS.
Bwahahaha! I can't stand the overlong and indulgent 2005 remake of King Kong, so that's just icing on the cake.
