They all saw the hologram of their Chancellor issuing Order 66. Then they all looked in the direction of their general, standing several feet away near a bluff and looking the other way through a pair of macrobinoculars.
Drawing his blaster rifle, the captain stepped forward. "I'll take care of this."
"Are you sure, sir?"
"Don't worry. I can handle Jedi. Move 'em out and I'll meet you at the rendezvous."
"Yes, sir." The others disappeared into the woods as the captain went alone to fulfill his duty. He had to be careful. This one was good and very, very quick. The Jedi needed to be down before she could get her lightsaber.
Finally, she was in range. The captain aimed, knowing he had only one chance. "Sorry, ma'am. Orders," he muttered to himself just before pulling the trigger.
The moment seemed to last forever. The Jedi gasped, then reached for her lightsaber, dropping the macrobinoculars. But the captain knew her too well. He'd studied her technique, saw her strengths, and her flaws. The bolt struck her before she could turn with her ignited lightsaber. The Jedi's weapon flew away from her hand and she dropped to the ground.
Mission accomplished.

Ahsoka Tano awoke with a headache. Even though she could tell she was indoors and surrounded by the planet's curious natives, the room seemed too bright. She winced and closed her eyes. One of the women standing over her placed a cold cloth on her head and made her drink a strange, sweet liquid.
Within an hour, she felt better but for some pain she felt in her back, like that of a moderate sunburn. One of her caretakers stepped forward and handed Ahsoka a flimsiplast when she weakly asked him what had happened. She opened the folded sheet and saw that it was in code. A code she'd developed with Master Anakin and Captain Rex.
"Little 'Un:
Sorry I had to stun you but it was what I had to do to save your life. Whatever the Jedi might have done, I know you had nothing to do with it. You are a good warrior and a good friend. So as your friend, I have one last bit of advice. Run. Forget the war, forget the Jedi, forget who you were, and forget us. Things are different now and the galaxy isn't safe for your kind anymore. Hide and do your damndest to make sure none of us ever find you. Good luck, Little 'Un. You'll need it.
Rex"
Tears pooled in Ahsoka's big blue eyes. What had happened? She looked around and realized she'd lost her lightsaber. Aghast, she started to get out of bed, determined to go find her weapon. Then she reconsidered. Rex never lied to her. If he told her to hide, then that's what she'll do. Once she was safe, she'll figure out what was going on, maybe try to reach Master Anakin or Obi-Wan.
But something in the Force was horribly, horribly wrong.
