May 19, 2010: SW Prequel Appreciation Day

lazypadawanFolks, it’s time to stop hiding in the shadows and letting the kind of thugs who attacked the Star Wars Examiner be the only voices heard. The internet has given birth to Talk Like A Pirate Day and May The 4th. So why not start Prequel Appreciation Day?
On May 19, 2010 (chosen because TPM and ROTS came out on May 19), we will show our support for Eps I-III through the following ways:
*Use social networking sites (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to call attention to Prequel Appreciation Day. Post your favorite lines, favorite pix, etc.. Use icons from Eps I-III or Clone Wars if you wish. If you’re on Twitter, use the tag #swprequelappreciationday
*Post about your favorite PT era memories, post meta about your favorite characters, etc. on blogs, message boards, or LiveJournal. Use prequel-themed icons.
*Wear a PT-themed t-shirt!
*Feel free to engage in any other activity to show the world you love ALL of the SW saga and take a picture of it. Submit it to SWPASadmin@gmail.com and I’ll post it! I will also link to or post anything you put on your own sites.
