I know for a fact that Ghost Rider: something something of Vengeance will come out in 2012.
They're also doing a Sherlock Holmes sequel, to come out this December supposedly.
As for avengers, yes it's confirmed for Jul. 2012......look around in certain movies and you shall see.
As for NYCC, yea, Dark Horse did the same thing, a lot of EU stuff they're keeping tight lipped about on comics, including a CW tie in, until NYCC.
The Spidey reboot looked decent from the trailer.
