All the pretty underwater battles, explosions, duels, and what gets me most excited? Anakin angst. :D The CW movie touched on his slave past baggage, but it looks like this season may delve deeper into it. Yay!

Agreed, la. Anakin issues with slavery are FINALLY addressed. I would have thought they would have done it sooner, especially since the clones are basically slaves of the Republic and the fact that the Republic is aligned with the Hutts. But better late than never.

heehee... I'm not depriving myself of the awesome willingly. It's a combination of living where I live and not having cable TV, plus my computer not being a fan of streaming :((

I have to buy the DVDs and the only season released so far in Brazil is the first one. I've ordered season two from Amazon.com using my mum's card (mine has been stolen). Next order will be season three.

*freaking the full heck out* Ohmigosh, ohmigosh, that is so much SHEER EPIC AWESOMENESS, I don't even know where to coherently begin....Anakin, kickin' some slaver ass as well indeed he should, and better than I daresay anyone else he's really full well entitled to (no matter what Obi-Wan says, darn it all, because I get the sense that even though on some intellectual, like clinically-detached level, maybe he says he "understands" what Anakin's past was like, and how he couldn't help but be affected, impacted by it....talk *is* cheap, though, Obi-Wan - remember that!....same time, though, one just can't help gettin' the sense that really, truly, deeply, on that visceral emotional level, of course there's no way he could ever fathom it....nor, for that matter, I'd imagine could he really "get" just how very, very much the slavers deserve to answer for their many crimes - and *will*, if Anakin has anything to say about it, and at this point I'm strongly suspecting as he might-!) and was it just me or was there a split-second glimpse in that trailer of him fallin' back engaged in like hand-to-hand combat with someone?....a dastardly slaver would be my guess.... And already all's I can say is, whatever he sees fit to dish out they absolutely *do* have it coming - and even from something like that moment where he Force-pulls the holo out of....Cody's hand, was it?....and then just crushes it to pieces, well, again such a small fleeting instant yet it just says *worlds* right there for his state of mind and heart, and so too just what he clearly *won't* be standing for, not one moment longer, besides. And as for Ahsoka assuring that she'll "keep an eye on him", well....hopefully she'll know a whole heckuva lot better than to try Anakin's patience and endurance on that front, and especially so when he's no doubt feeling a bit het up over the whole thing as it is.... (and by the way, Obi-Wan, remarking that Anakin's struggled to "put his past behind him" - gee, ya *think*?!....could that maybe, you know, just *possibly* be because it really *was* something darn well stressful and painful and traumatic and he's not gonna be able to just forget it and pretend it didn't affect him, didn't have a lifelong impact on him, really - no matter *what* the Jedi obviously still delude themselves into thinking he should be doing, how he spuposedly "should" be taking things-!....oh, *argh* already, I swear to goodness....)

And holy heck, Ventress takin' on Grievous besides, I guess that means she really is persona non grata and "kill on sight", far as Dooku's concerned....though watchin' the two of them going toe-to-toe and blade-to-blade should make for an interesting dynamic, that's what, especially considering how they freely snarked and so unsubtly threatened each other in that Kamino invasion ep - clearly, even then, there was something well-worth exploring....

And of course, as to the absolute unequalled quality of the show, par excellence in just *every* sense, well....they really do just keep right on topping themselves, is the thing, so it's like just when we're maybe left thinking after one episode arc or the completion of one season or another - right, surely there's no way humanly possible that they could eclipse even *this* for sheer spectacular fantabulousness, darned if they don't just go right ahead and *do* that very thing....can't even fathom the how or why of it at this point, I suppose, maybe in the end we're just left wide-eyed and open-mouthed and wholly gobsmacked and just going "Wow....wow....*wow*!" pretty well constantly, true enough. :) (like when he's in the gunship, did you see his hair waving about, to and fro? Such a small and subtle thing, yet in itself it shows just how far they've come in even just the past three seasons, eh?)

Dunno whether Teletoon will give us up this-a-ways that full two-parter premiere, same night....I kind of have my doubts about that, unfortunately, but then again they have surprised me in the past - guess we just have to keep our fingers and toes very sincerely crossed, is what. :)

It's supposed to debut on the 16th on Teletoon as well. In fact, Fan Expo in Toronto is going to premiere the season opener.

Yeah, I saw you'd given us the head's-up on that one - lucky sods over there, makes me even more mightily annoyed that I couldn't do that con. :) Do we know yet, though, whether Teletoon will be airing both episodes, or just the one?....that's what I wasn't sure about, and so was crossing said fingers and toes accordingly. :) I seem to remember they didn't do the Season 3 Kamino double-header like you guys got - but then, yeah, as I said....sometimes they have pulled out the surprise, and occasion it's even been a good one....

Well, I'm going for my niece's first birthday...born the night of Season Three's premiere, heh heh. So it's not all bad. I'll have to DVR the show though.
