Apr. 5th, 2004 06:53 pmI posted the penultimate chapter of Shmi story. Next week's final chapter is going to be the Kleenex chapter. I have to admit it's sad but I also think it's really good if I do say so myself. Around Friday the 16th, I'll post my latest A/P viggie, which takes place post-confession scene. No, I don't have them doing the deed, which is what happens 85% of the time in fics that take place post-confession scene. Yesterday, I posted a new editorial on my site rebelheart (see link at bottom of journal page) about SW actors, part 2...this time about the folks who aren't interested in trashing it in the press
and biting the hands that feed them.
The Lard Biscuit finished his Shroud of the Dark Side essays today. *Sniff.* I really enjoyed it, though with many of his nitpicks, my opinion is, "So what?" It's obvious he loved the film (he ranks it second only to TESB) and therefore had to really dig around for things he didn't like about it. And hey, some of us LOVE the nightmare scene (heh heh). I am glad with his ten favorite things about the movie, he mentioned Hayden's Vaderisms. I think it's a shame so many critics overlooked how on-the-money he was in conveying Vaderness. What did he have to do, walk around with a bucket over his head the whole movie? Anyway...a
great job throughout. I'll have to e-mail him with my thoughts.
