Love, love will tear us apart...again

It's Valentine's Day, a holiday I love only for the candy :).

Found some candy of the eye sort today...there's a hot new picture of Anakin in some Brit sci-fi mag called Dreamwatch. I saw the pic online but of course could'nt find the magazine on the stands. It wasn't a total loss; I found the new Jedi Quest book at Barnes and Noble.

I posted another Anakin/Padme viggie today, keeping with my Valentine's Day tradition of doing mush-only A/P stuff. I get to do angst the rest of the time. Then I decided to enter the JC's Love Letter contest. Seeing that most folks wrote A/P love letters and seeing that otherwise there were some OCs, one Han/Leia, one cute letter from Anakin to Shmi, a couple of Sabewans, and a couple of (bleah!) Obidalas, I figure my best chance was to avoid all of those categories. Easy to do with Sabewans and Obidalas. OCs bore me. So, I came up with a pair not likely to be used...Chewbacca and Mallatobuck. Chewie shows Han a love letter he sent home to the wife to demonstrate what a proper romantic note should look like. Of course it's filled with things Wookiees find romantic, like finding fresh kill for his loved one or biting into one's shoulder to signal a desire to mate. Fun stuff. I doubt I'll win, but I tried.

(Just to clarify, despite my loathing for TFN the site, I don't mind posting on the Jedi Council fan fic boards.)
