"The Chosen One"

I only watched one extra last night, the short piece on "The Chosen One."  Well, if you love Anakin and if you love Hayden, this featurette is for you.  Actually, it ought to be required viewing for the obstinate fans who insist Anakin isn't the Chosen One of prophecy because the Boss Man once and for all says that Anakin is the Chosen One and has been all along. Nyah nyah!

It's a neat little discussion of Ani-Vader's story arc from TPM through the end of ROTJ and how Vader evolved from The Heavy in ANH to basically taking over the whole saga, which is something Lucas hadn't really intended to do at the outset.  But I guess you can't keep a good character down ;).  There are some cool behind the scenes shots from ROTS I'd never seen before, including Hayden getting his burn makeup done and setting up to do the operating table shot. 

Needless to say girls, there's enough tastiness to go around.  Even with the burn makeup on his head, he still has a nice chest ;).
